Lonnie Logan

As a second-generation Alaska REALTORĀ®, the buying and selling process was instilled in me for as long as I can remember. I began working in the industry as a high school student and worked my way through the industry learning all of the ins and outs. With extensive training and education I have gained the knowledge and skills needed to ensure my clients always receive the best service.

With that said, I began selling real estate because I fell in love with this industry! I enjoy the unique character of each home, and the wonderful people I get to help transition from one to another. I enjoy people's stories, really getting to know their needs so I can focus on helping them achieve their real estate goals.

My business goes beyond the professionalism I can provide, my years of knowledge about the market, or past sales I've made. Instead, my business makes you the priority. How much can you afford? My previous experience came from Accounting, Business Management and now Real Estate. I take the professional responsibility of being a REALTOR very seriously. That's why I work with my wife, because she does too.

There are a number of things I like about real estate, but economics and resale are the two that interest me the most. Knowing the numbers, inventory to determine competition and estimating the costs of selling or buying fit my background. Working with Buyers and determining if it not only fits what they are look for, but also how is the resale of their purchase. Looking down the road at the various markets we could face and how that may affect them.
